Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Opnix Digital Studios ("we", "us"), a studio based in Malaysia, covering your use of the Global Rally mobile app and its related services ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Global Rally. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You may only hold one account at a time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at opnixdigitalstudio@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.

3. How the game works

• Each season you are assigned to one of four teams: Red, Green, Blue, or Yellow. Team assignment is ours to make and is not negotiable.
• You compete in 1-on-1 mini-games against players from other teams. Results contribute points to your team's season score.
• Seasons run for a fixed period and then finalize. When a season finalizes, we determine the winning team and may award a bonus.
• We may change the rules, scoring values, mini-games, effects, or season structure at any time in order to balance the game. Game balance is not a promise, and adjustments may work in your favour or against it.

4. Stars and virtual items

• Stars can be earned in the game or bought as in-app purchases through Apple. They can be spent on sabotage effects and other in-game items.
• Stars cannot be sold, traded, transferred between accounts, gifted, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the App.
• You do not own Stars. You hold a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the App.
• Unspent Stars are forfeited without compensation if you delete your account, if we terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, or if the App is discontinued (see section 10).
• We may change the price of Stars packs, what Stars cost to spend, and what effects do, at any time.

5. Purchases and refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We never receive or store your payment details.

Purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. We do not issue refunds ourselves — all refund requests go to Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, we may deduct the corresponding Stars from your balance, and if that leaves your balance negative we may suspend your account until it is settled.

Stars are credited to your account after Apple confirms the purchase. If you're charged but don't receive your Stars, contact us and we'll fix it.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, macros, automation, or modified clients, or otherwise manipulate match results, scores, or the Stars economy
• Collude with other players to manipulate team scores or the leaderboard, including match-fixing or feeding wins
• Create multiple accounts, or use another person's account
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players — including through your display name
• Choose a display name that is obscene, hateful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, or attack, probe, or overload our servers
• Access the App through any interface other than the official client
• Buy, sell, or advertise accounts, Stars, or in-game items for real money

If you find a bug that gives you an unfair advantage, report it rather than using it. Exploiting one is a breach of these Terms.

7. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms, we may — with or without notice, and at our discretion — reset your scores, remove Stars obtained improperly, suspend your account, or terminate it permanently. Terminated accounts forfeit all Stars, including purchased ones, without refund. Where the circumstances allow, we'll tell you why, and you can appeal by emailing us.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit (such as your display name). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it for the purpose of operating the App — for example, showing your name on a leaderboard or in the activity ticker. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

9. Our content

The App — its code, artwork, animations, mini-games, name, and branding — belongs to Opnix Digital Studios and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of downtime, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including a season, a mini-game, an effect, or the App as a whole — at any time. If we permanently discontinue the App, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the App where reasonably possible, and we will stop selling Stars packs from the moment we announce it.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opnix Digital Studios from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and Opnix Digital Studios only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We may terminate or suspend your access as described in section 7. Sections 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use Global Rally afterwards means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the App and delete your account.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor.
